3. Consulting Services

Our consulting services are described on this website for general reference. The precise scope of any engagement, including deliverables, session schedule, and fees, will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Current services and indicative fees are as follows:

All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted in your engagement agreement. Payment terms will be confirmed in writing before each engagement begins.

4. Engagement Agreement

A consulting engagement formally begins when both parties have agreed to a written scope and the initial payment has been received. Until that point, any preliminary discussions or correspondence are exploratory and do not constitute a binding commitment by either party.

Changes to scope during an engagement will be agreed in writing. We will notify you of any fee implications before proceeding with additional work.

If you need to reschedule a session, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule within the original engagement period.

5. Deliverables and Intellectual Property

Written outputs, plans, summaries, and other documents produced during your engagement are prepared specifically for your business. Upon receipt of full payment, you are free to use them for your own internal purposes.

The methodologies, frameworks, and general approaches we use remain the intellectual property of Suria Anggun. Sharing or reproducing our deliverables for commercial gain, or distributing them to third parties, requires our prior written consent.

All content on this website — including text, layout, and design — belongs to Suria Anggun and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Confidentiality

We understand that the information you share with us during a consulting engagement is sensitive. We treat all client information as strictly confidential and do not disclose it to third parties, except where required by law.

We may, with your permission, refer to an engagement in general terms (for example, noting that we have worked with businesses in a particular sector). We will always seek your explicit consent before mentioning your name or any identifying details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our consulting work is advisory in nature. We offer observations, suggestions, and structured thinking to help you make more considered decisions. The decisions themselves — and their outcomes — remain yours. We do not take responsibility for the results of actions taken or not taken based on our advice.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim arising from a consulting engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to withdraw from an engagement after it has formally begun, please contact us promptly. We will review the work completed to date and discuss a fair and reasonable arrangement, taking into account what has been delivered.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil an engagement due to circumstances on our side, we will offer either a rescheduled timeline or a proportionate refund for work not yet completed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, this website, or a consulting engagement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

We encourage you to raise any concern with us directly before seeking formal resolution. Most matters can be addressed through an open conversation.
